 These terms & conditions apply to any dealings with Tulip Book what so ever, and by using Tulip Book you agree to abide by all the terms & conditions below:

- An unbreakable promise from Tulip Book that we will never reject any manuscript to be submitted to us not ever, as long as they are not any of the following:

0. Anti-divine.
0. Anti-religious.
0. Anti-humane.
0. Anti-ethical.

- Tulip Book does not approve nor support Plagiarism by any means. All writers, authors or artists must testify being the original and sole owner of any literal or artistic material they submit to Tulip Book, and any violation to this testimony is on their own and only responsibility, and sequentially exposes their work to rejection. 

- When you register to Tulip Book you are required to provide Tulip Book with information about yourself such as your full name, e-mail address or telephone number. Tulip Book will never sell or share your information with any third party unless you provide your informed consent. On the other hand you agree to be completely honest about all and any information you provide Tulip Book about yourself.

- If you are using our "guest listing" service you must agree and testify that any of the details you provide about your book is true and accurate, and you also must agree to testify that you are the only responsible party for shipping and delivery of your book(s) to the customer(s) and that Tulip Book holds no responsibility what so ever for any delay or fail of delivery might happen, and you must agree to testify that you are the only and sole responsible party if the delivered material has turned out to be unlike the description we listed in our system according to the details provided by yourself.
